Stuck in 1971

Keynote at the Leadership Conference of Catholic Women focuses on the luminous moment of 1971...thirty-four years ago!

How about being for today!

  1. Maybe I'm missing something, but if it was such a luminous movement, how come virtually no one's wanted to join since then? And perhaps what God was shouting wasn't "Yes, yes"; it was "Go away."

  2. It was only "luminous" to the extremists.

  3. This is interesting perspective. In "the analogical imagination" it seems like they want a parallel church, sans Vatican. "... post-Vatican world and Church" indeed!
